LLP REGISTRATION PROCEDURE
- LLP Registration
The procedure for formation of a LLP is very similar to that of a Private Limited Company incorporation procedure. A minimum of two Partners are required to start the LLP formation procedure and a registered office location is required within India.
Step 1: Obtain Digital Signature Certificate (DSC) for the Partners
Step 2: File Run for name approval
Step 4: Document preparation and filing Fillip form for incorporation of LLP
Step 5: Drafting LLP agreement , payment of stamp duty and file it with Form 3
LLP Formation Documents Required
- PAN Card of the Partners
- Election Card/Driving Licence/Passport/Aadhar card of the Partners
- Bank Statement/Electricity Bill/Post Paid Mobile Bill of the Partners
- Utility Bill of the proposed Registered Office of the LLP
- No-Objection Certificate from the Landlord
- Rent Agreement Copy between the LLP and the Landlord
- Index 2/sale deed/possession letter
The PAN Card of the Partners and the Address Proof the Partners is required to start the LLP formation procedure. The documents pertaining to the Registered Office of the LLP can be submitted after obtaining name approval for the LLP from the Registrar of Companies.
