Yes, Digital Signature Certificate (DSC) is mandatory for LLP registration.At least one designated partner must have DSC to sign incorporation forms.If all designated partners already have DIN, DSC becomes compulsory for all designated partners, as they are required to digitally sign MCA form 9.
